Ground rent is pro-rated through the season.
Water is included and 4 passes for the facilities on the park.
You will receive an electric bill twice a year for electric used that season this will also include a distribution charge. Gas is metered or bottled.
Yes – you can pay in 4 interest free instalments once you have paid the initial £200 in November, the four instalments must be paid in December, January, February & March or alternatively you can pay all in one go in January.
In November when we close you will need to drain down your holiday home – involving a charge for disconnection and reconnection in March.
Once you have had your holiday home for over 12 months you must have a yearly gas safety test and a 3 yearly electrical safety test.
Yes – this can be done with us or you can arrange your own but we will need a copy of the certificate.

We do not charge siting fees when you first purchase your holiday home, but there are additional set up costs including ground rent pro-rated.
