For nature enthusiasts, we have a stunning Nature Walk debuting in the holiday season. This peaceful path provides a serene setting for a leisurely stroll. Don’t forget, you can bring your furry friend along as our Nature Walk is also dog-friendly, making it the perfect addition to your family holiday.

Our little adventurers will love our dedicated children’s play area, exclusively available to residents who own a holiday home on our park. This area is meticulously maintained by our staff, ensuring hours of fun and endless imagination in our adventure play area.

Our latest construction at Willows Park is a state-of-the-art leisure complex offering new facilities including a fitness suite and swimming pool exclusively for our customers. Whispering Waters and Windmill Park customers also have access to these new facilities (Windmill customers require an issued Gold Card).
All of our parks, including Willows Park, are dog friendly! Around the park are dedicated walking paths or grass areas, and outside of the park are Mablethorpe’s sandy beaches, perfect for walking your four-legged friend. Dogs must be kept on leashes at all times around the parks unless otherwise specified.

Yes. Willows Park at Maltby Le Marsh is home to a small select and separate residential park with a 12 month occupancy license with East Lindsey District Council.

The Willows Park leisure and fitness complex, opened in 2022, features a heated indoor swimming pool, modern gym suite, and sauna facilities designed for relaxation and wellbeing. It’s exclusively available to owners and guests of Don Amott Parks, with Whispering Waters and Gold Card members also welcome to use it year-round.
