New Exciting Community Space For 2026 – Discover The Hub at Nettleton Park

Welcome to The Hub!

Residents at Nettleton Park are celebrating the opening of a fantastic new community facility, following the transformation of an existing building into a stylish and welcoming social space now known as The Hub.

The Hub was officially opened in May 2026 , with a coffee morning in support of the Guide Dogs charity serving as its inaugural event. One of our longstanding Park residents and charity fundraiser Carol, cut the ribbon to declare The Hub open.

The occasion provided owners with the perfect opportunity to explore the new facility for the very first time, while raising funds for a worthy cause and enjoying cakes!

A Stunning Transformation!

Previously home to the Park’ s pool and table tennis rooms, the area has undergone a complete regeneration.

The walls between the rooms were removed to create one spacious and versatile residents’ lounge.

The newly designed interior combines comfort and character, featuring traditional furnishings, contemporary flooring, striking burnt-wood wall cladding and skylights that flood the space with natural light.
The result is a warm, modern environment that owners can enjoy all season round.

A Space for Everyone

Open to all residents, The Hub has been created as a welcoming place to relax, socialise and unwind.
Whether you are catching up with friends, enjoying a board game, watching television or simply settling down with a good book, as an owner, you now have a dedicated space designed with community in mind.

The Hub also includes a great kitchen space and can be booked by owners for private functions and events until 10pm.
You will find plenty of owner-organised events here too.

Weatherproof Events All Season Round

We now have a practical solution for entertainment events for when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Performers and audiences can now move indoors from the Pavilion which will ensure that planned events can go ahead regardless of the forecast.

This exciting additions means fewer cancellations and more opportunities for residents to enjoy the Park’s social calendar throughout the season.

We Still Have the Games Rooms!

Nettleton Park owners need not worry about missing out on their favourite activities.

Pool has been relocated to the newly created games room, situated in the former Residents’ Lounge.
This facility also benefits from its own kitchen area.

Table tennis can now be found within the Pavilion.

We Continue to Invest In and Improve Our Parks

The Hub is the latest enhancement to Nettleton Park’s growing range of facilities, which reflects Don Amott Parks’ ongoing commitment to creating vibrant and connected holiday parks.
