Don Amott Parks is a family owned and run business, in our third generation of ownership. We take the responsibility of creating special leisure and lifestyle parks very seriously, and have continually rejuvenated and refined what has gone before to offer the best possible experience for you. Most Don Amott Parks staff are actually second and third generation employees – so there’s great continuity of knowledge and dedicated customer care throughout all of our parks.
Since 1975 Don Amott Parks has been providing top-quality holiday and residential environments at great locations in Lincolnshire. With five holiday parks and three residential parks, you’re truly spoiled for choice when you’re looking for a park home or a holiday home somewhere special.
Don Amott was founded in 1963 and over the six decades since has gained a great reputation for providing a rich customer service experience. We understand the value of your leisure time and those precious family moments, and our family-run ethos has ensured the Don Amott brand has grown nationally. We’re recognised as one of the few leisure companies to sell touring caravans, motorhomes, park homes, holiday homes as well as own caravan storage depots, an MOT station, holiday parks and residential park homes.

We are family – and so we care deeply about your wellbeing and experience at our parks. We always strive to give great environments plus the best possible customer service and support. Whether it’s providing on site advice and service, or offering local attraction recommendations, we’re always here to help!
Like a family garden, we take pride in the beauty of our parks. We make sure we take excellent care of all the scenery, grounds and flower beds, with everything maintained on a daily basis. Our parks have a no litter tolerance, which keeps up the cleanliness both inside and outside!
If you’re having a good time, we’re having a good time! There is plenty of on park entertainment throughout the year, with day and night live shows, indoor and outdoor sports for all ages, and more relaxing pastimes including jacuzzis/steam rooms, golf and fishing.
Don Amott Parks takes its responsibilities very seriously, and is happy to do its bit for the wider community. We support various societies, clubs, teams, causes and more. We often give donations to charities (including, but are not limited to, the Poppy Appeal, MND and Cancer Research). To improve our carbon footprint and protect the environment, we also have our own programme for planting and replanting trees.
Lakeside was awarded 5 Star Gold by Visit England in 2023. But at Don Amott Parks we pride ourselves on the fact that all of our locations (not just Lakeside) feature five-star facilities and maintain excellent standards. As an owner, you’ll automatically receive a Gold Card which entitles you to use facilities on any of our parks.
All of our parks are well maintained, packed with the things you need to make sure all members of the family are catered for, and that your time with us is as enjoyable as possible. Whether it’s a round on the golf course that suits you to a tee, or time in the swimming pool that floats your boat, at Don Amott Parks we’re totally geared towards providing the best experience possible – every time.
